A certificate of public liability with a minimum cover of $10 million is to be provided with the completed application form.

Pen licences are subject to the terms and conditions of the Licence, Marina Rules and Regulations, and Waterways in the City/Shire of Exmouth Local Law.

The overall length of the vessel (including bowsprits, marlin boards, outboards etc.) must be no longer than the stated length of the pen.

Pen Holders are permitted to stay overnight on their vessel for up to 20 nights per year, subject to the licence terms and conditions.

Gas Compliance Certificate is required for those vessels with gas onboard (5 year validity).

Pens are allocated subject to availability.
